The “Who Saved Who?” Challenge
The Power of 3
3 Pet Foundations
Barley & Hops Craft Candles has been a long time supporter of local Kansas City pet related foundations. Founder and owner of 5B&Co. Candlemakers and co-owner and candlemaker of Barley & Hops Craft Candles Marsha Flowers, is always coming up with fun and cooperative ways to help the KC pet population. This year will be no different. Together with partner Carrie Atkins, the B&H team will be pushing the Kansas City border.
In addition to the amazing KC Pet Project and Kansas City’s very own Wayside Waifs, Barley & Hops Craft Candles will be adding Ponte Vedra Beach, FL’s K9’s for Warriors to their “Who Saved Who” 3 months of giving.
After watching an extremely touching video found on Facebook, both Flowers and Atkins were inspired to move fast. You can watch this video below.
The Barley & Hops Craft Candle’s team firmly believes in the power of dedication, community, commitment and sharing. For the “Who Saved Who? project we have selected other like-minded partners who align with our purpose. 3 ridiculously talented artists have graciously donated artwork from their personal collections to help raise awareness and emphasis for the “Who Saved Who?” challenge. Our goal is to raise $1000 dollars to split between KC Pet Project, Wayside Waifs and K9’s for Warriors. The challenge will begin August 30 and end November 24th. If we go over our goal, the remaining donations will be equally divided between the foundations.
